Hi everyone, to the returning cheerleaders returning, welcome back. To our new girls coming in, I look forward to meeting all of you and your parents. We have a great time cheering for our football teams here at ARS! We are very blessed to have coaches that work with the girls to learn cheers and a dance that you will be performing at half time of the games. Our practices usually start the first week in August which is held at my house. Then when school starts, we will move the practices there, which will also be twice a week until the games start. The first game is usually the weekend after Labor Day. We then will practice once a week. It is important that all practices are attended because there is no I in team! Every girl has a part to play in every cheer, dance and stunt we do, not being there hurts the team and herself. Please make sure the girls come to practice dressed in shorts, shirt and tennis shoes. Also hair pulled back out of their eyes. We will have a time when I have the girls over to have them fitted for uniforms. I will probably do this the first of July. We are planning to order new uniforms this year. This depends on how many new girls we have coming in and how many returning have out grown their old ones. Our uniform includes top, bottom, briefs, bows, shoes and pom poms. The cost of the uniform will run some where around $150.00. This covers uniform, insurance and registration. To help everyone out we are going to break this cost into three payments of $50.00 each.

Payments are due in full before your child's uniform will be ordered. Also this is non-refundable since the uniforms are considered custom made by the company we order from. This is their policy, not ours, so we have no control over this. We have a great time with our cheerleaders. I believe in giving a child a chance to believe in their self and building self confidence and at the same time have fun and showing support for their school. I look forward to meeting all of you.
