The ARSYAA's Next board meeting will be held at the ARS Elementary School Cafe on Monday, April 20th at 6:00 p.m. Our normal meeting date is the 2nd monday of the month, but this meeting was pushed out one week due to spring break. Everyone is welcome to attend!

The ARSYAA board meeting for May will be on Monday, May 11th at 6:00 p.m. at the ARS Elementary school community dialogue area. The first part of this meeting will be an informational meeting with fall sports sign-ups following a brief introduction of board members that are present. We will hold the business part of the meeting following sign-ups at approximately 7:00 p.m.

RAP will also be having their meeting at the elementary school starting at 7:00 p.m. Everyone attending the ARSYAA meeting is encouraged to stay for the RAP meeting.

The ARSYAA board meeting for December will be on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:00 p.m. It was moved from Monday to allow parents to attend a ARS Chorus event. We will have the meeting at the ARS Elementary School if it is available on that date. Everyone is welcome to attend!

This meeting has been moved to Monday, February 15th due to the SIYAA meeting being rescheduled for February 8th.

The ARSYAA will be hosting a short informational meeting and fall sports registration on Monday, May 10th at 6:00 p.m. in the ARS Elementary School community dialogue area. Will will be introducing current officers and taking nomination for the following open positions on the board: Basketball Assistant Coordinator, Soccer Assistant Coordinator, Baseball Assistant Coordinator, and Vice President. We will also be having registration for the following fall sports: Football, Cheerleading, Volleyball and Soccer. Additional registration dates will be May 13th at 6:00 p.m. and May 15th at 9:00 a.m.
The ARSYAA board meeting for May will be delayed until Monday, May 17th at 6:00 p.m so that our board members can attend the SIYAA Meeting being held on our usual meeting date. We will have the meeting at the ARS Elementary School if it is available on that date. Everyone is welcome to attend!
