The final SIYAA meeting for this school year will be held at 7 pm on Monday, 6/6 at Sharon Elementary School 880 Sharon School Rd Statesville, NC 28625.
It is recommended the coordinators of your fall sports attend (Cheer, Football, Volleyball) this meeting so as to get any final updates prior to the start of the practice season in August.

The first SIYAA meeting of the 2011 - 2012 School year will be held Monday, August 1st 8th at Celest Henkel Elementary School at 7 p.m. in the Cafeteria.
Celeste Henkel is located at 1503 Old Mountain Road, Statesville, NC.

The September SIYAA meeting is being held a week early due to Labor Day Holiday. Meeting is on Monday, August 29th at 7 pm at Scotts Elementary Cloverleaf Elementary, in the cafeteria. Scotts Elementary

Statesville, NC 28625Please be sure to bring your Flag football team numbers as well as your check to SIYAA to cover $5 per player (Flag and Cheer) this covers the gate fee's for each player's families for the entire Flag season. I should have the football roster form on the web site www.siyaa.org today for your to complete for your JV/V weigh ins - reminder roster is to be complete with birth certificates and players in line in order to roster. Reminder our next SIYAA meeting will be held Monday, 11/7 at Shepherd Elementary at 7 pm in the cafeteria. (Located at far left of building if facing the front).

We will be voting in a new Vice President for our organization - it is important to have one board member from each school in attendance.
We will also be discussing finalizing Football season and the start up of Basketball. Please bring your team numbers with you.
We are in need of Basketball Coordinators to help open /close the gyms for JV/Varsity games. If you are interested (or have another board member/coach) in these positions please be sure to attend the meeting on 11/7
